This is a rear panhard riser bracket to suit the Nissan rear diff (or any 90mm axle tube) it raises the panhard 90mm making it nearly flat at a 3 inch lift. This raises the roll centre in the rear and also lets the panhard work in a more suitable part of the arc which minimises the amount of side travel the diff sees through suspension travel. It can be moved along the axle tube to be placed wherever suits, you will need to run the chassis end bush at the diff end
