Refund policy
Returns & consumer guarantees
Every DK Offroad part is made to order in our shed. Please check fitment before you order. If you're not sure a part suits your vehicle, lift or shocks, message us first and we'll help.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If a part has a defect in materials or workmanship, arrives damaged, isn't as described, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.
- Contact us as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and photos.
- If it arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 days so we can claim with the carrier.
- We'll cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
No change-of-mind returns
Because our parts are made to order, we don't accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong part, or no longer need it. This doesn't affect your rights for faulty items above.
What isn't a fault
These aren't defects in the part itself:
- problems caused by how a flat pack was welded, fitted or finished after delivery
- parts that have been modified, cut, drilled or re-welded
- damage from accidents, misuse or incorrect installation
A genuine defect in the steel or our workmanship is still covered, even after fitting.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item, or confirmed the fault from your photos.
Shock servicing
If you're not happy with a service or tuning job, contact us and we'll look at it with you. Service work is covered by the consumer guarantees for services under Australian Consumer Law.
